ABOUT FSDH WOMEN IN BUSINESS INITIATIVE

The FSDH Women in Business Initiative was created to encourage, enable and empower women across the continent to thrive in their chosen areas of endeavor through access to funding, education, network and finance. This year our focus is on how women can leverage technology, community and capital to position their businesses, passion, or careers for success.
After seeing the pandemic era speed up adoption of digital technologies, it is important to take a closer look at how businesses are rethinking the role of tech in overall business strategies, conducting of self and even lifestyle- a pace that is now needed to operate- without limits or boundaries.

What exactly does the modern woman need to shatter the glass ceilings she faces in business or in life?
