Trade in Money Market Securities
As a discount house, we are engaged in the business of trading in money market securities issued by the various tiers of government and reputable private organisations. We act as a market maker for these securities.
Financial Advisory
Our financial advisory activities involve the analysis of strategic alternatives open to our clients including mergers, acquisitions and changes in capital structure. We partner with our clients to identify the alternatives that would ensure improved corporate performance in line with our clients’ objectives. Our strategic relationship with Counters Trust Securities Limited, a reputable stockbroker and issuing house in Nigeria, further enhances our ability to identify and execute the best alternatives available to our clients.
Asset Management
We provide investment management and advice
to investors in the money, currency and capital market instruments available
in Nigeria and abroad. By employing the experience and expertise of
our staff, rigorous in-house research and leveraging on our strategic
alliances abroad, we are able to provide superior wholesale and retail
asset management services to the various tiers of government, corporate,
institutional and private clients. In order to further enhance our ability
to provide high quality asset management services, we recently established
a Company dedicated to asset management, FSDH
Asset Management Limited (FAML).

We recognise the role the appropriate use of technology can play in the area of service delivery to our customers and have recently implemented a banking application software, Flexcube, to support our business strategy.
